Imagine yourself in a winter wonderland surrounded by new friends experiencing  adventure, good food, and expert instruction.

Wake up to trees surrounded by glistening snow and ice and fall asleep after warm fires, sauna, and red light.

About:  Imagine waking up to glistening Pine trees on a Winter Island surrounded by a North Woods Lake and tall pine trees. You head to Morning movement at Sunrise on a frozen lake. Next we do some indoor movement to wake up your body and spirit (you’ll learn why this practice supercharges your body and spirit) and then grab bulletproof coffee and head into Breathwork or expert talks. After this supercharged morning, your cells are singing and you get to talk with new friends over breakfast.  From here you might be learning about cold, light and health, going to the sauna to detox, learning to be completely comfortable in cold weather, or hearing a lecture on a new biohacking topic to upgrade your health.  Plenty of time for socializing, hikes, snowshoeing all built into the retreat.  Come to rejuvenate and learn. What’s Included: Registration cost is all inclusive  – basic lodging, meals prepared by renowned health and wellness chef, beverages (optional glass of wine with dinner, bring your own bottle if you enjoy more), professional seminars, activities, and on-site amenities. 

 

Accommodations 

We have an Amazing Airbnb right on a North Woods lake

In the Air BNB there are 2 bunk rooms with single beds and 3 queen private bedrooms.

What to Pack

Some Optional workshops are outdoors, so bring

Bathing suit, towels, personal toiletries, swim towel, warm winter clothes incl. (Boots, wool socks, warm jacket, hats, mittens/gloves, long underwear)

Most activities are inside and some will be outside, so please bring warm clothes.

Bring a few biohacking toys if you want to share with others during downtime.
